OPEN LETTER: Formal Request for Retraction, Apology, and Cessation of Harassment

Addressed to: Andrew Drummond

Purpose of This Letter

This open letter is issued as a final, good-faith request for voluntary remediation in relation to a sustained, cross-border campaign of false allegations, harassment, and reputational harm directed by Andrew Drummond against Bryan Flowers, his wife Punnipa Flowers, their children, family members, friends, business partners, and third parties who were foreseeably harmed as collateral damage.

This letter is written in the third person to ensure clarity, formality, and permanence. It is not written in anger. It is written as a matter of record.

Summary of Conduct

Over an extended period, (12 months) Andrew Drummond has published, republished, amplified, translated, and promoted a body of material that repeatedly asserts or implies that Bryan Flowers and those associated with him are involved in:

  • sex trafficking and child sex trafficking
  • organised crime, fraud, and Ponzi schemes
  • pimping and exploitation
  • corruption of police and courts
  • immigration and visa fraud
  • money laundering
  • bestiality insinuations
  • Having multiple wives and sex with ladyboys
  • running a cult
  • the sale of “virgins”
  • criminal conspiracies across jurisdictions

These allegations were not isolated, speculative, or incidental. They were presented as statements of fact, reinforced through repetition, sensational framing, imagery, tagging, and cross-platform amplification.

The allegations were published despite:

  • the absence of proof
  • the existence of contrary evidence
  • the failure to seek meaningful comment
  • the reliance on a single, financially motivated source
  • knowledge of ongoing disputes and conflicts of interest
  • repeated warnings and formal notice

The cumulative effect has been severe, foreseeable, and ongoing harm.

Impact of the Campaign

The consequences of this conduct extend well beyond online commentary.

They include, but are not limited to:

  • reputational destruction attempts against Bryan Flowers
  • defamatory branding of Punnipa Flowers as a “child trafficker”
  • exposure and targeting of children (collectively)
  • harassment of family members
  • intimidation and reputational damage to friends and business partners
  • serious harm to William Bilton and his mother, including global dissemination of misleading narratives and imagery
  • sustained fear, distress, and personal risk created by allegations of extreme criminality

This impact was not accidental. It was the foreseeable result of publishing allegations of the most serious criminal nature imaginable.

Procedural and Ethical Failures

Any reasonable assessment of the publications reveals systemic failures, including:

  1. Failure of Verification
Allegations of extreme criminality were published without independent corroboration.
  2. Reliance on a Compromised Source
A disgruntled former business partner with a financial dispute was repeatedly positioned as a “whistleblower” without adequate scrutiny or disclosure.
  3. Failure to Seek Balance or Comment
Meaningful opportunity to respond was not provided prior to publication.
  4. Editorial Manipulation
Articles were repeatedly edited after publication without transparent correction notices, preserving defamatory narratives while altering specifics.
  5. Personal Involvement Beyond Journalism
Andrew Drummond actively inserted himself into disputes, reporting parties, promoting enforcement action, and amplifying harm.
  6. Platform Abuse and Amplification
Allegations were not confined to websites but deliberately seeded and promoted on Facebook, Reddit, X, Odysee, Rumble, Quora, and community groups.
  7. Failure to Correct
Even when statements were demonstrably false, corrections and retractions were not issued.

These are not minor lapses. They represent a wholesale breakdown of any credible journalistic process.

Formal Remediation Demands

To resolve this matter without further escalation, Andrew Drummond is formally requested to fully and unconditionally comply with the following:

1. Full Retraction and Deletion

  • Permanently delete all 21+ articles relating to Bryan Flowers, his wife, family, associates, or businesses from:
      • andrew-drummond.com
      • andrew-drummond.news
  • Delete all mirrored, translated, paraphrased, archived, or derivative versions of those articles.
  • Retract all false statements, including but not limited to those listed in Schedule A – False Statements Requiring Retraction.

2. Platform Shutdown

  • Permanently delete the Odysee and Rumble channels created and/or operated in connection with these allegations, including those created with Adam Howell.

3. Public Apology (Verbatim, Multi-Platform)

Publish a clear, unambiguous apology, acknowledging wrongdoing and procedural failure, in each of the following locations:

Owned Platforms

  • andrew-drummond.com
  • andrew-drummond.news

Social Media

  • Personal Facebook profile
  • Both Facebook pages
  • X (Twitter) account
  • LinkedIn profile

Community Amplification

  • Two Thailand-focused subreddits
  • One Pattaya-focused subreddit
  • Two Pattaya-based Facebook groups

The apology must explicitly name:

  • Bryan Flowers
  • Punnipa Flowers
  • their children (collectively)
  • family members
  • friends of Bryan Flowers
  • business partners
  • William Bilton and his mother

4. Admission of Failures

The apology must include explicit admissions that:

  • false allegations were published as fact
  • adequate verification was not undertaken
  • reliance on a conflicted source was improper
  • editorial standards were not met
  • harm was caused to innocent parties
  • continued publication and amplification was wrong

General expressions of “regret” will not suffice.

5. Permanent Cessation

Andrew Drummond must commit to:

  • no further commentary, direct or indirect
  • no insinuations, references, or re-framing
  • no future sourcing from Adam Howell
  • no participation in harassment on any platform
  • no republication in any jurisdiction

This applies globally, including but not limited to UK and Thailand audiences.

Good-Faith Resolution

If all of the above steps are completed in full:

  • it will be publicly noted across multiple independent platforms that Andrew Drummond retracted his claims, admitted procedural failures, apologised to those harmed, and committed to cessation
  • all parties can move forward without further escalation

This letter represents a final reputational off-ramp.

Non-Compliance

If Andrew Drummond declines to comply, or attempts partial or cosmetic compliance, further publications will follow documenting:

  • the full pattern of harassment
  • editorial and ethical failures
  • platform abuse
  • amplification mechanics
  • the role of paid or conflicted sourcing

Such publications will be factual, referenced, and global.

Closing Statement

This matter does not concern disagreement, opinion, or robust debate.

It concerns the repeated publication of false allegations of the most serious criminal nature against identifiable individuals, families, and third parties, and the refusal to correct them.
